  • your state attorney general I think. I once complained to their office about a company and they were very helpful.

    Are you upset over a company that a BBB branch wrote up as being good?

  • The BBB is NOT a government run organization. They are completely independent, however, you can take action IF their allegations are false. You would have a slander or defamation suit but you would have to prove that they were not only posting false information but also costing you money. Beyond a law suit there isn't much you can do, because they are not a government agency...
