If the FBI breaks your door down do they have to pay for it?

  • I would assume so. If a cop hits you car while hes chasing someone, then he pays for the car. So, I guess this would be the same situation......

  • If they kick down your door, then you'd be resisting arrest, and why should they have to pay for that? It's your own damn fault for getting in trouble and not owning up to it.

  • well that is true 856anon but there have been instances of wrongful arrest, oops sorry we went after the right guy but at the wrong address ... type thing.

    I bet the fbi would not pay a penny ever for a wrong id in any way.
