is this normal?

i have been feelings cramps in my lower belly..feels like i been working out..
Is this normal and when should I worry?

  • ok it may be you worked out to hard. Lay on your left side, and drink a ton, I mean at least 2 full glasses of water. if the cramps stop, you were dehydrated, if they continue or get worse, call your doc to be safe. sometimes there is a cramping stretchy feeling as the baby grows too...but it seems yu may have just overdone it. relax mama and be safe. good luck to you!I will check back if you have any other questions :)

  • I am almost 15w6days pregnant and not bad i can bare it just feel like i been working and i havent.
