  • My two sons (5 & 8) got to name their baby brother Tom and they called him 'the grand prize'. I don't remember where they got it from.

We called one of my sons 'my sweet baboo' from the Charlie Brown cartoons. He would say 'I'm not your sweet baboo'. He liked it.

  • My daughter's name is Rhapsody. We call her Sody, Soda, Soda Pants, Toad (because as a newborn, curled up on my chest she looked like a cute little toad lol) and Toad Pants. Also Soda Butt and Toad Butt. And we all call each other Butthead.

  • My oldest son gave his youngest brother the nickname of "Scooter". He used to laugh at him in the bassinette. He would immediately scoot until his head touch the side. My grandson calls his sister Sissy because he can't say came out sistal and then to Sissy.

  • Oh my, where to begin.... we have a 5-month-old boy. DH calls him Booboo right now, but he has called him "zabumafu", "kookabura", "seemuneenee", "chaco-loco"..... to name a few. I've called him everything you can think of related to poopy diapers (ok, maybe not EVERYTHING). His name is tobi, and I call him "Tobi-tobleroni", "tobes" "tobers". I've been calling him "Peto Pepito" (peto is "fart" in spanish). Sometimes I call him "moogli" or "boogli". I call him "sweets". I could go on and on!

  • My daughter, Victoria, has a lot of nicknames. Boombee, Mee-Mah, Boo-Boo, Sweets and Mamas are just a few. My family is notorious for calling everyone by nicknames. I had a few growing up too! lol
