scared of miscarriage, any advice to stay healthy and ease the fears

  • just relax - i was scared of a miscarriage too but it never happened. just eat healthy, drink water, stay relaxed and calm and youll be fine =)

  • every pregnant woman worries about miscarriage. it is for one a stress a pregnant body should go without. relax. is my advice to you. the more stress you have the more the baby has. unless your in a high risk catergory than dont worry please!

  • Relax, eat healthy ( , exercise, educate yourself on the best way to care for yourself and your child. Take a preparation for childcare class, a newborn care class, a breastfeeding class, and (most important), an infant first aid/CPR class)
