  • I eat green veggies raw. Brocolli, green beans, peas, green bell peppers, ect.
    They are better raw, more vitamins.

  • My favortie green food is mint chocolate chip ice cream! You can't prepare it wrong, in a bowl, in a cone. Yum!

  • Kale, Spinich(salad), green beans, peas, broccoli.

    The 2 ways I eat Kale now is to make Turnip & Kale soup. Or I use it to make Kale Chips(google for a recipe). As soon as I get my food processor I plan to make pesto and other things w/ it too. Another idea u can try is green smooties(google for recipes)

  • i forgot to add greenbeans in casseroles or as side dish. asparagus as a side dish.

  • Kale: raw in smoothies; chopped in stews; kale chips are yummy
    Romaine: in salads
    Spinach: fresh, sauteed in olive oil, garlic, sea salt with a little grated parmesan (not the powdered crap)
    broccoli: raw, in soup, with peanut sauce

  • Spinich in a salad, beans steamed with little olive oil and garlic...broccoli raw, cooked, steamed or my favorite cut up with chicken and cheese. Open pilsbury rolls on stone or cookie sheet. Cut up cooked chicken, broccoli and sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 25 minutes on 325 to 350. Great way to eat broccoli :)

  • grilled asparagus
    fresh green beans in a pouch on the grill
    any kind of salad
    peas (i mix them into some alfredo since they are so sweet anyhow. or rachel reys peasto pasta recipe!)
    raw: cucumbers, bell peppers, broccoli
    i HATE steamed or overcooked veggies, im a texture weirdo. i wish i could stand to eat prepared leafy greens. i alos add chunked steamed broccoli to chicken and velveeta but i cut up the chicken, and add a can of cream of cheddar and cream of potato with some fresh boiled potato pieces. makes a potato, broccoli, chicken, cheese type soup mmm topped with sour cream! not healthy, but totally yummy on cold days and i can sneak in a ton of chopped broccoli with noone noticing!

  • Leafy greens (lettuces, spinach, etc)=raw in salads and such
    Cabbage=raw, lightly sauteed or stir fried (like in Yaki Soba, Japanese noodle dish)
    broccoli=raw, stir fried with a little oil, low sodium soy sauce and garlic. Mmm....
    green beans=roasted, stir fried like broccoli above or southern cooked
    peas=raw, steamed with a touch of butter
    green peppers=sauteed with onions
