Im looking for more soup and stew recipes, preferrably low-fat if anyone has any good ones.

  • I love potatoe soup. The ingredients include what ever you load a baked potato up with.
I like creamy broccoli and cauliflower soup. Velveeta, bag frozen california mix, and 1-2 cans chicken broth. I like to put it in a bread bowl. mmmmmm!

  • Here's one that everyone in my family loves:
2 cans of diced tomatoes or 1 can of diced and whole (for texture)
    3 cups of chicken broth
3 chicken breasts (cooked and cubed)
    1 cup sliced onions
    2 cups of celery
    3 cups of cubed potatoes
    1 tsp marjoram
1 1/2 tsp ground pepper (or to taste)
combine tomatoes and chicken broth. Heat to boil. Add vegetables and spices. Cook until vegetables are tender (around 45 minutes).
It's so easy!! I don't know if it is a soup or a stew. Sometimes it is thick enough to be a stew, while other times it's more of a soup. But, it's one of my family's favorites.
