its just me and my 1 1/2 yr old, so really im only cooking for one..what are y'all making?

  • SO brought home Lee's famous recipe chicken... Honestly its not very good but SO likes it.

  • Spaghetti and meatballs, only homemade here. With a nice pepper salad with balsamic vinaigrette and some nice crusty french bread.

  • Fake lasagna. I had some elbow macaroni already cooked, spaghetti sauce in the freezer, so I'm layering the pasta with sauce, cooked hamburger, and cheese.

    Sunday – chili and corn bread
    Monday – lentil tacos
    Tuesday – mushroom stroganoff
    Wednesday – tofu fish sticks, not crab cakes, sweet potato fries
    Thursday – stir-fry
    Friday – breakfast for dinner: pancakes and fruit salad
    Saturday – out

  • Today I am making bison stew (better flavor than beef stew, and a lot healthier too!) in the crock pot, and will serve it with crescent rolls.
