Can anyone suggest a really good book (preferable a big book with 300+ page one that will last me), that you can get at Wal-Mart or K-Mart?

I'm going there tonight and just thought I'd see if anyone could suggest a really good one. I love suspense, romance, and fantasy.

  • I don't know that they are really big, long books, but I really enjoyed The Lovely Bones, and also any by Mary Higgins Clark, Dean Koontz, or Debbie Macomber.

  • The Lovely Bones was excellent! My son and I are reading "Percy Jackson and the Lightning Thief." I read "The Devil's Punchbowl" by Greg Iles over Christmas break. He has a few good titles, but I only read the ones that take place in Jackson , MS with the character Penn Cage. They're great!
