Around my knees on both side has been hurting..And if i dont sleep with a pillow between my legs i will get a big bruise..I feel like i need to stretch them really far to make them stop hurting but when i stop stretching them they start hurting again.....what could be wrong?

  • Try massaging around both knees. Like 5 minutes on each knee. That is where you tendons attach, maybe if you loosen them, your pain will go away.

  • you could have lower back issues. have you tried a chiropractor? i know my knees are bad when i am overweight...usually pregnant or the 6 months after pregnancy! i still get adjusted weekly.

  • Could also be from poorly supported arches in your feet... if your feet don't hit the ground right then it can cause foot, ankle, knee, hip or back pain. See an Ortho, chiropractors aren't supposed to treat your knees.

    it depends on what state you are in weather or not a chiro can adjust extremities.
    the nerves that exit your low back go to the knees.
    if the problem originates in your low back, then yes a chiropractor could correct the problem.
    many chiropractors also take molds of your feet and get custom orthotics for you too, correcting the problem if it originates with your foot strike or one of your three arches.
