  • i made lasagna... but thats not quick! i am tired as hell! haha... but for real quick.... i like to put cream of mushroom on some chicken and stick it in the oven. hook up some sides. if you got the stuf its easy and tasty.

  • Do you have any cans of soup? Maybe a soup and sandwich night? I love tomato soup and tuna sandwiches, my hubby and kids prefer grilled cheese.

  • speghetti is always quick and easy. i just shake n baked chick breast and put so potatoes in the oven and had opened a can of fruit. on nights i absolutely dont feel like cooking its cereal and/or sandwiches...i see it as long as my kids are fed something half way heathy then its all good

    Wednesday – tofu fish sticks, not crab cakes, sweet potato fries
    Thursday – stir-fry
    Friday – breakfast for dinner: pancakes and fruit salad
    Saturday – out
