  • Doesn't air drying kills bacteria. Bacteria is good just not all of it.

  • Energ8zr - the issue is with the squirty/ squeaky toys. They get water inside and don't dry, creating a nice moist environment for the bacteria to breed in. Then you fill up the toy and squirt it next bath and you're squirting out all those bacteria.

but I still don't disinfect. Your body naturally builds immunity to bacteria. Killing all bacteria around you just means that when you do come in contact with it you will be much sicker since you have no antibodies against the bacteria.

  • I don't give kids baths. When they are too little for showers they go in the sink to get clean only, not for play. As soon as they are old enough they start taking showers with a hand held shower to get clean only.

We have dry skin and skin problems and can't be soaking in water.

  • OP: The bath toys tested in the video were mostly squeaky toys and they were as "nasty as a sewer" on the inside most with "fecal contamination" ALL of the mothers were shocked.
I know my baby puts her toys in her mouth............
