  • me and my husband
    then for the next baby, it was me and my hubby and my son.

    I refuse to spend all that money on a party that's for the guests since baby won't even remember it!

  • omg my list is huuge! Probably around 60 to 80 ppl! And thats just close friends and family. I cant help the fact that everyone falls in love with my child.lol...But oh well if your gonna do something, might as well do it big!

  • WAY TOO MANY!!! We used it as an excuse to have a party, and it was awful.

    For our second child's birthday, we invited over 3 families with kids a similar age. If we have a third child, it will likely be us, maybe our parents (who live way out of town) and a friend or two.

  • i only do small parties for their first birthday... immediate family only. it's so much better. the baby doesn't get the whole party concept until they are 2 or 3 anyway

  • For all 4 of our kids - we invited the grandparents (our parents), aunts, uncles, cousins (our siblings & neices & nephews - kids a/u/c), and with a couple we included great-grandparents too. Did them at home.
