Irregular, symptoms and a negative stick...

I had the Mirena four three years after having my DD. Had it removed last fall because of infection. Irregular to begin with, didn't have a period with the Mirena. Had bleeding once removed, a few weeks later had a light but crampy cycle (Oct 09), the month of Dec 09 I had incredibly heavy (disgusting) period, dr put me on a pill to stop the bleeding and that barely worked. Anyhow, we weren't ready to try yet, but we've been throwing caution to the wind and haven't been using protection 90%of the time since December. I took a pregnancy test a month or so ago. Took one this week again, it was negative. In the past couple weeks I have been exhausted, my breasts are tender, I have a fullness feeling in my pelvic region, not really cramping, every now and then it's a light cramping or burning or tingling sensation---different than I've ever had and I've had a lot. Could I be pregnant even with the negative test? When should I test
