  • I read about this and the way it went and it seems to me (by the way it was done) every state should be alloted to decide if gay marriage will be legal or not there.

  • In DC? That where the govenment resides and they are trying to take over every aspect of our lives. Wonder which judges they threatened to get that decision.

    No, that's kind of the point. The city decided, and when someone challenged it, the court refused to even hear the challenge. They decided nothing.

  • So each state should decide.Good thats how it should be.The states who say nay should be allowed to say nay.The ones who say yes can too.

  • Prop 8 is a California issue, but still, hopefully this happening in D.C. of all places, will have an effect of the case that just went to decision in California.
