Is it true that you need to have intercourse every day in order to increase your chances of conceiving

  • i hear its suppose to be every other day or the chances lower,but i tried everday and that was the first time i tried to get preggo and it worked.

  • quite the opposite because having sex too often lowers your mans sperm count...every other day is good for trying to conceive

  • No. In fact, that frequency can decrease sperm count.

    BEST way to improve chances is to improve your timing. To do that pick up a copy of "Taking Charge Of Your Fertility" by Toni Wechlser. Here's how well the method works: After a year of trying and spending gobs of money on ovulation kits...we were pregnant the FIRST cycle of using Wechlser's technique.

  • You could..but to make it easier on you..and your husband...Try to figure out your ovulation cycles...You can use one a ovulation calculator or ask your OB/GYN to help you...Once you figure that out you can figure out your most fertile days and do it those 2-3 days....Good Luck.
