Unhinged?

Cops are hunting for Naomi Campbell after she assaulted her limo driver in Midtown on Tuesday afternoon, police sources said.

Campbell slugged the 27-year-old driver, then ran from the scene at E. 58th St. and Second Ave. just after 1 p.m.

The driver reported the incident to police, who were canvassing the area.

  • Cops later interviewed the 27-year-old driver at the 17th Precinct station house, along with Campbell's assistant, who had hired him for the day.

The driver reported having "bumps and bruises" as a reult of the attack, a police official said.

  • Who finds violence as acceptable behavior? Should people like this be given media attention or worse yet considered a Role Model?

  • This isn't the first time I've heard about her being violent or even mean towards someone. Just remember karma is a bitch.

  • Maybe we don't know the whole story? She could be on drugs, or maybe the person she hired for the day assaulted her in some way too. I don't know much about her though.

  • While it's true that we don't know both sides of the story, it's also not hard to see that there seems to be a pattern with this woman. If she assaulted the driver offensively instead of defensively she should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Her past behavior is the best indicator of future behavior. She needs one of those prison humility lessons if she is guilty.
