how can i get my nails to be stronger other than just not chewing on them?

  • you can use a hardener that has keratin in it.

  • File them regularly and use a nail treatment for your specific needs.  I always keep mine polished because it keeps them strong.  As soon as I stop polishing, they break.

  • A very high quality multi-vitamin with biotin in it. I started taking Twin Lab's Women's Utra vitamin and my nails started growing soooo fast about a month later. : )

    It's about $28 a bottle (120 caps) in the grocery store but you can find it a lot cheaper ($19) through
