  • I think it's funny, but it's also demeaning and disrespectful. I'm not a Christian, but I prefer to treat other people's divine beings with the respect I would hope they give mine. Not necessarily to worship, but recognize that some others do, and not mock.

  • Yeah, that is a rather disrespectful way of referring to one's God... I'm not sure what "take" you want on it...

    Do I believe they exist? Yes & No. I believe YHWH exists, as do many other Gods. I believe that Jesus COULD have existed, but would have been little more than a prophet. And since the Holy Spirit is actually referred to as "she" later on in Revelations, I see this as the translation of the Goddess.

    Do I believe they were meant to be seen as a trinity? No, this concept came during the 2nd or 3rd century while converting local Pagans who had a triple God.
