whats are some ways YOU have tried that worked in order to loose weight thanks!!

  • I cut out sugary foods, white wheat foods, I try to eat only whole wheat foods. I cut out sodas, chips  all bad junk food.

  • I also cut back on sugar. (Which has been very hard, I LOVE sweets) I mainly only drink water. I go on walk with my kids in the double stroller as much as I can. I'm currently at my pre-pregnancy weight, but I still want to lose more weight. I would like to have a flatter tummy by summer. You can do it, just put a little effort.

  • im trying a protein shake and dvd together.. im losing inches but not weight going to start monday on my food and change it up a bit

  • When you go on a diet, or use a diet aid, you are putting yourself on the gain/lose rollercoaster; hard on your body and frustrating. To get to and maintain a healthy weight, and set a great example for your kids, you need a healthy lifestyle.
    I would start with simple changes.
    Don’t buy junk food
    Walk, or do other exercise, for at least 20 minutes a day, at least 3 times a week.
    Make sure that you are drinking enough water, at least 8 8oz glasses a day.
    Eat an apple or big pile of veggies before meals.
    Eat 7-8 servings of fruits and vegetables a day, in at least 3 different colors.
    Eat 5-6 servings of whole grains a day.
    Eat at least two servings of legumes a day.
    Cut way back on meat and dairy.

  • I used nutritional cleansing. I lost 18 lbs in about 40 days. That was 7 months ago and the weight has not returned.
