  • Just another way to keep the truth from people. This trial will be a farce, will be a violation of all that America stands for, and this is a sad sad day for us all.

  • So far, so good ... keeping my fingers crossed that they reverse this insanity.

"Imagine having to represent one of those guys? That would suck...." ... Apparently, our Atty General does NOT agree with you ... his law firm spent a great deal of energy serving the detainees - their delay tactics are responsible for the fact that so few trials ever happened during Bush's term. AND Holder has brought into the U.S. Justice Dept. MANY lawyers with histories of energetic involvement in arguing that these bad guys are victims of .... (whatever)

This bias on the part of Holder (who is charged with PROSECUTING - NOT defending these people) and on the part of the general culture in the Dept. of Justice is what I find terribly alarming.
