What baby food should I start my daughter on?

My daughters doctor said that she can start eating jars of baby food once a day in the mornings. And I dont know what to start her out on. He said nothing real thick. Any suggestions???

  • i mixed rice cereal with veggies or fruit. i agree to start with veggies because fruits taste better, so they will be easier to introduce.

  • STAGE 1.
I SUGGEST VEGETABLES BECAUSE IT IS HARDER TO GET THEM TO EAT VEGGIES THAN FRUIT.
I STARTED W CARROTS. PEAS ARE THICKER THAN ANY OF THE STAGE ONES.
RICE CEREAL IS ALSO A GOOD START.

  • Mash up an avocado or banana, and add some breastmilk or formula and mix it up so it's thin.
