  • I'm 5'2 and I'm 104lbs. I look really gross lol. I've been uncontrollably losing weight. It's disgusting. I was between 115-117. This just makes me sick....you can see every bone in my upper body...my collar bone, my ribs, my hip bones, and EVERY bone in my back including my spinal cord sticks out. It makes me want to puke. Anyway...yeah I agree with them...like 125 somewhere in that area. But I don't always agree with what the "experts" say.

  • It really depends on your frame. I'm 5' 5, small framed and I keep my weight around 120 that's whats best for me at my age. If I get any smaller people start telling me to gain weight so I've learned what the healthiest weight is for me.

  • What is considered a healthy weight can vary 10-15 pounds depending on how much is muscle, since muscle weighs more than fat. I'm 5'6" and weigh 126, but should probably gain 5-6 pounds of muscle to be really physically fit.
