Anyone have any good egg, nut and wheat free dessert recipes?

I've been looking all over and am finding it really difficult. I'm trying to help my friend (who's having her family over and her nephew has food allergies) I figured this might be a helpful place to look. Thank you for your help!!

  • It might be easier to modify family-favorites. For example, ground flax seed and water makes a great egg replacer; a blend of oat, rice and chickpea flours can replace wheat; chopped sunflower seeds can replace nuts.

  • Fruit kabobs with dip? Fruit salad? Jello salads? Homemade sherbet? Fruit & sherbet? I also have an eggless fudge chocolate pudding recipe that I'm willing to share.

    Chocolate pudding

    * 1/2 c. sugar
    * 1/4 c. baking cocoa
    * 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    * 1/2 tsp. salt
    * 2 c. milk
    * 1 Tbsp. margarine or butter
    * 1 tsp. vanilla extract

    Combine sugar, cocoa, cornstarch and salt together in saucepan. Add milk. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil & stir for 2 minutes. Remove from heat, add margarine and vanilla; stir until margarine is melted.

  • All are wheat-free. Many are egg-free. You can sub 1/2 mashed banana for the egg in any of them.
