why do I?

I eat too much and I'm down on myself alot. I think it's all because of past decisions I've made that proved to be not so good. How can I break the cycle?

  • You don't need weight watchers, you need a therapist. People have eating disorders and food issues because they have psychological things that need to be addressed.
