  • I started my son on it with half formula half milk at 10 months and closer to his first birthday like 11 months 3 weeks I switched him over completely. Just watch for any allergies or constipation

  • I started my DD just a little before she turned one and she didn't need to transition from formula she just took to the milk no problem.

  • You don't ever have to, but you can around one year.

  • Your doctor should provide a recommendation but it's typically at 1. We went right to milk without any transition from formula without any problems.
