I want a snack before i go to bed.

I really need to stop this habit. ...but not tonight. lol
I don't buy a lot of processed foods and things. So pretty much everything i have is organic or something. lol. ...but i want CHIPS!

but i think i might make an egg sandwich. (i know. strange alternative) ...anyone got any suggestions?

  • After the kids go to bed, it's hard to *not* reward yourself;) I love those jell-o sugar free cups with a little whipped cream:) Pickles are awesome too!

  • make 1 scambled egg and eat 5 chips and then go to bed. I eat a bowl of cereal EVERY SINGLE NIGHT before bed. Special K choc delight.

  • Do you have pickles? they are low in calorie and will cure any salt craving
