watery poop 19 month old?

since last night my daughter has had watery yellow poop. is this normal? is there anything i can feed her to firm it up?

  • BRAT diet. No milk, give her Bananas, Rice cereal, Applesauce and Toast.

  • You can also try adding a probiotic to her diet. Culturelly is the one we've used. It' comes in capsule form and you just dump the contect of one capsule into a drink or food. If your daughter has a bug, you'll find the poop has a very distinctive odor to it. If she's just eaten too much fruit/juice relative to whatever she's had, it tends to smell like normal, if runny, poop. That's probably TMI but it was what I was told. Once it has happened a couple of times (and it probably will), you'll get to know the different odors.. Hope she feels better quickly!
