What laundry detergent and fabric softner is the best to use to make your clothes smell good?

I love love LOVE the smell of freshly laundered clothes and blankets and sheets and like for it to last longer than a day.
What is the best laundry soap and fabric softner to use to get this to happen?

  • sunlight 3x. and snuggle, and then hang them outside to dry..even if its not sunny, as long as its not raining, or snowing, they still get dry and they smell soooooooo good!!!

  • i recently tried the bounty bar you put in the dryer it works good and clothes smell nice.

  • NO, not getting rid of any nasty smells,lol...just like the smell of clean laundry but it doesnt seem to last when I do my laundry.It ends up fading away and smelling like nothing.I did start using snuggles dryer sheets and that seems to last longer though.
