Does your blood type affect your health?

I've been told that your blood type affects your health? Do you think this is true? I was told if you're A+ or A- you have more problems then a person that's O. Does anyone know anything of this? Is it for real or just for fun? I'm curious on this! Thank you kindly for answering!
