  • I work out 6 days a week, eats lots of fruits and veggies and I drink Shakeology :)

  • Drink plenty of water, TRY to watch what I eat, get enough rest, try not to get STRESSED. In summer stay out of the sun. I don't drink or eat a lot of sugar.

  • i love to work out when i am not pregnant! i love to eat salads with kale and swiss chard! i love to get sun too! i love to take my fish oil every day!
