Anyone have a daughter or know someone with a daughter that has Trisomy X?

My daughter will be four in June, and she has Trisomy X (XXX). I was wondering what issues other children have. The doctors tell me she might be tall, (her father is 6'5"!) she might have early ovarian failure, and that she may have some behaviorial issues, or learning disabilities.

  • "May" is the key word here. While height and ovarian failure are commonly seen issues related to Trisomy X, developmental delays and behavioral issues are not. Early intervention measures such as one-on-one parent-child learning usually work well.
