What do you do to get rid of nausea??

I have it all day, everyday, and so far anything I've tried doesn't work: Ginger Ale, saltines, mints, melting mints in hot water, sea bands, drinking tons of water, and I'm sure there's others, just can't think of it.

Any ideas would be wonderful!!

Thanks!!

  • Usually what works for me is cottage cheese, applesauce, and bananas. Separately, not together. Also, you could try the BRAT diet: Bananas, Rice, Applesauce, Toast. But I find the more 'sick' food I eat, the worse I feel.

Chef BoyRdee canned ravoli works wonders too.
