What's for dinner 3/9/10?

I am making pintos (made with a very large smoked turkey wing), rice, and probably some fried corn tortillas. I'm about tired of chicken and we don't have any beef.

  • Kids just asked for leftovers. DH is going to be gone til who knows when, hauling hogs, so I was going to make something he hates & they love, but if they want leftovers we'll go with that! Plus an awesome salad mix from last night, and apples.
