Is there a reason why March 19 and 25 are not printed in purple in?

My church calendar prints Lent days in purple. In March the 28th is in red, and the 19th and 25th are in black. Are these days different or special?

  • I know what days they are. Palm Sunday, St. Joseph, and The Annunciation of the Lord but does anyone know why are they not in purple like all other Lent days including Sundays? :) These days are singled out
