  • You mean in an answer? It means to put it at the top of the list. "To bump it to the top".

  • Hi jesslovesyou08,

    When you view a group's forum, posts are listed in the order of when the last reply was added.

    When someone posts "bump" in a reply to a post, they are bringing the whole thread to the top of the group so more people will see it.

  • I think when someone bumps a question, they may not know the answer, but want to help "bump" it to the "most popular" so someone might answer it.

  • It does not work in Answers, only groups to move it to the top. TY Mrs.Owen86 for helping spread the word. People put "bump" in answers, and I just inwardly groan.
