Aunt Flow, Where did you go?

OK so I stopped breastfeeding my son around Christmas time..... I had a VERY light period around the Jan 28ish.... I haven't had a period since then... It is now March 10th.... I took a HPT about 2 weeks ago and it was neg..... is this normal to not have regular periods or should I test again?

  • I would test again. But it can take a while for it to get back to normal.

  • It can take quite a while for your cycle to return to normal, even after weaning. Keep taking all precautions, but don't expect normalcy for another few months if baby was born in June as I'm guessing from your screen name.
