Anyone know any Good, quick and healthy dips (for carrots, strawberries, celery)

Any tip of healthy, low in fat and sugar dips.

  • Yogurt for fruit. Buy a packet of ranch dressing mix and mix with fat-free or low-fat sour cream. We use regular ranch dressing.

  • For veggies, Hummus is really really good. We use Tribe brand Forty Spice flavored hummus. For fruits, low fat vanilla yogurt is great.

  • For fruit: plain yogurt mixed with any combination of honey, frozen strawberries, cream cheese, juice
    For vegetables: hummus, peanut sauce, marinara, salad dressing
