who wants to play amature psychiatrist

I am in my mid 40s, sahm, great hubby, great kids, every one is healthy, we have no money issues, all is good......... but Im starting to withdraw and have panic attacks. The attacks are not very bad at all but are very bothersom. The only thing that has changed recently in my life is that about a year ago I had a foot issue and have not worked out on a regular basis for about 6-9 mo.

go ahead and ask questions and I will answer.... lets see what we can figure out.

  • how about this --- you think your life is perfect and life inevitably will change and you fear losing your perfect life. because nothing is forever. kids grow up.. we get older... stuff happens! how about that idea? do you know a lot of people who's families arent healthy and happy to be able to worry about becoming like? it is like when you get worried because your children are too quiet. you know something is going to happen.
