Read the pages on "about gluten free" to learn some cool replacement foods for the normal wheat filled stuff that is making you feel bad.

    I post new recipes often.

  • The very best thing I did when starting a gluten-free diet was to go to a local support group. The people there were SO helpful. Look at the sites for the Celiac Sprue Association or the Gluten Intolerance Group to find support meetings in your area.

I buy most of our gf foods at health food stores or speciality grocery stores. But I have noticed that our local WalMart is starting to carry some gf pasta and a few other things.

  • Here is a listing from Trader Joes: http://www.traderjoes.com/attachments/NoGluten.pdf

I suspect that other grocery stores have similar lists.
