What else besides pregnancy can make you late??

Okay. So According to my 'usual' cycle I get my period every 23 to 24 days. If this is still staying the usual I should have gotten it on March 5th or 6th. I still haven't gotten it. I took two tests last sunday the 7th and both were negative. I feel like I have pms. I am emotional, gassy, my boobs hurt etc. I know they say stress or sickness can make you late, but I'm not sick not overly stressed. I am a real 'regular' gal too. So can two tests really be false or could there be something else?

  • stress, diet, exercise, your body chose not to have a period that month....there are a number of things that could make you late

  • It just seems really weird to me that I've never been late( except when I was pregnant obviously) and I am now. I hate waiting for it! lol. I haven't really changed anything about my diet, or been exercising any more or less than I usually do.

  • my bodies decided to just miss periods before...even when i was single and obviously not pregnant...i've also had unovulatory periods (your normal white discharge is brown from blood but theres no blood flow)....the female body just choses to act weird sometimes

  • it also could be that your uterus decided not to shed itself this month...that happens to everyone at some point or another

  • Well, I'm hoping that my body has just decided to take a break this month. I wouldn't be upset if I was pregnant, I just want to know one way or another right now! I'm not good at waiting, lol.

  • It could be stress, changes in your life or lifestyle. If there are other females around your house alot your period could change and start around the same time as theres.
