I'm 30 weeks pregnant with my second child, I don't remember having that inner thigh burn yet with my daughter but it's here already. I can't sleep hardly move let alone be up and down with my now 2 yr old like I need to be, does anybody have an idea or some excellent stretch to help? My groin just feels like someone has lit a match on my tendons and muscles!!!

  • I feel the same way. My doc said it's from not supporting my belly enough at night, so the ligaments are being stretched. He said the belly should be in the same spot at night as it is all day. So that said... not sure how I'm to accomplish that, but that was the suggestion :)
