Omega 3?

Is there a Omega 3 with out fish oil? I am very allergic...

  • if i remember correctly, most people get enough omega 3. it's found in peanut butter and other foods too.
    omega 6 and 9 are harder to incorporate into our diets. ...
    ...of course, that's only if i remember correctly. I might have mixed up the omega's. lol

  • Hemp oil! It has the optimum blend of omega 3, 6 and 9.

  • b/c of rkoloms always suggesting hemp oil i must look into this for my family! i have used udo's oil...it has flaxseed oil, bit i don't know how that could be bad for a pregnant woman.

  • Flaxseed oil. You can also cook with flaxseed. Eat walnuts and other foods that are rich in Omega's.
