Food. . .

I am tired of the old meat and potatoes. I just got married, and haven't been cooking my own dinner for very long. I LOVE foods from different cultures. Could you ladies share some ideas with me?

  • If you have a Mexican Grocery store near you,go there and get Arrechera meat. ALso pick up a few oranges and limes.
Have them run it thru the grinder twice.

You are also going to need Salt pepper garlic

Cut the meat into long enough strips to cook on a grill
marinate the meat in the lime and orange jucie and salt pepper and gralic.
    Marinate for about an hour.
Cook on the grill and then put the meat in soft taco shells.
    I like the corn ones.
I add shreeded cheese onions, sour cream and guacomole to mine. They are sooo soo good.
    One of my favorite meals.
