  • I don't eat eggplant...gross. I wonder why it's called an eggplant in the first place? You don't plant an egg in order for the vegetable to grow. Hmmmm!

  • I actually have. My great grandmother use to have an eggplant in her garden. I went there for Easter one year and we had an Easter Egg Hunt. The "prize" egg was located on the leaf of the eggplant.
