A friend of mine is living in a shelter and can only use non-perisible foods to cook with (anything that needs refridgerated is kept in the kitchen and anyone can and has used it, and they can't get to the store often to just come straight back and use the stuff they bought). So this friend needs ideas for things to eat.I've given her a few ideas but I would like to pass along any ideas you gals might have!!!Answer Question

oatmeal if you don't mind going without the milk.
spanish rice (rice-a-roni) rolled-up in tortillas
PBJ quesadillas (sounds gross but my kiddos wanted to try it heated up and they loved it. * don't put too much peanut butter on it it melts)
canned veggie soup- canned veggies, beef broth, can of diced tomatoes
small jar of salsa mixed with white rice, black beans and corn
velveeta mac n cheese and add tuna (peas)
