If Sestak’s allegation is true, administration officials may have violated a federal statute which makes it a CRIME for a government employee to use his authority “for the purpose of interfering with, or affecting, the nomination or the election of any candidate” for certain offices, including Senate seats!

  • He may not want to say anything more, but he let it be know that the impropriety happened. It is illegal to make such deals. If the Justice Department is worth the money it cost tax payers to have it, they had better start an investigation into the matter. And, why, oh why, is Specter such a treasure that they would risk this? Specter is a rat. He ran as a republican and made the citizens believe and vote for him and then switched parties. He knows the people of his district don't trust him.
