  • LOL I'm taking a night off from the Betty Crocker lifestyle & finally going OUT to eat tonight! Just me & the hubs! I'm super excited. Last night I made a chicken & corn casserole though, & it was grub!

  • We are having a barbecue for DH's birthday tonight. We are grilling a tritip roast (its a very good, and easy recipe, PM me if you want it), chicken legs, and chicken breast and I made a cucumber salad, Spanish potato salad, baked beans, mexican layer dip, and salsa and homemade lemon cake with lemon cream cheese frosting for dessert. yum.
