Do you still have your tonsils?

I had mine taken out when I was a kid. I remember getting up off the hospital bed and puking on the floor, lmao. My mom let me drink Yoohoo all day long.

  • Yes. When I was a kid, a Dr. said I needed to have them removed because I had a sore throat so often, but he wouldn't do it because my parents didn't have insurance. I still get a sore throat often. This winter has been especially bad. Seems like I get well for about a week and then I get sick again. Blah!

  • Yes and I've had tonsillitis twice. The first time I was 16 and my mom asked about getting them out and the doctor said they don't do that any more unless you get chronic infections. Then I had it again as an adult. That sucked even worse because I couldn't just lie around and recuperate...I had kids to deal with.
