Im constantly stressed, any tips?

I go from fine to a complete stress monster in 0-60! If things arent going right, I pretty much fall apart and become so grumpy. I dont try to, but I always seem mad...and the tiniest thing can set me off. I am a full time working single mom, in the military, with two children, ages 3 and 4. I know the every day life of a mom is stressful but I need tips in controlling my stress. Any tips?
